Cockroach, Bags, Illness: Concerns - Tonopah Family Restaurant, Tonopah Arizona

I had an avocado and bacon cheeseburger with fries. There was a cockroach on the booth. There were 10-15 zip lock bags hanging from the ceiling with clear liquid I assume to catch or deter bugs. Who knows what's crawling around. The waitress said they sprayed for bugs yesterday and stomped on the cockroach and left it there.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
