I had a bag of P.F. Chang Sweet & Sour Chicken, approx. 3 to 4 hrs. later, I had diarrhea & puking. Very sick. Still have a queezy stomach. What the hell is going on with this restaurants food? 3 to 4 hours after eating it. Only me.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea

I purchased several items yesterday and I was the only one that ate them and I woke up sick. I went to the doctor and hey confirmed food poisoning., I am the only one sick because I was the only person that consumed the items purchased from there. Made a sandwich from pretzel bun, sliced turkey, and romaine lettuce around 8:45pm. Woke up at about 4am feeling nauseous, then woke up again at 7:15 and vomited large amounts of light yellow/green bile.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Bile

We ate raw mache lettuce and mangos yesterday. I started feeling sick last night, my mother started this morning, Two who ate the lettuce and mango got sick. Lettuce brand was organic girl. I ate the Yellow Jackfruit Curry with Jasmine Rice and 3 hours later started a long night of severe vomiting and wretching beyond anything I have ever experienced. I reported the incidence to the store and they filed a report.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
