Ordered a sausage biscuit this morning, 9-30-2021 around 7:45 am. I took a couple bites and noted the sausage tasted very sour and I stopped eating it. Around 10:30 am started feeling very nauseated with stomach pain. Concerned it may be from the sausage.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Stomach Pain

Ordered Broccoli Cheddar Mac n Cheese for lunch at work with a coworker. 30 mins to an hour later bombed the bathroom. Had to leave work early. Non stop runs throughout the night. The last two times I have eaten their great value tuna in water I have had a stomach ache for hours accompanied with nausea. By the morning I wake up and have bad diarrhea with lots of gas. My burps taste awful as well.

Ate a few handfuls of organic raw walnuts halves and pieces and within hours had extreme chills, fever, diarrhea then stomach pain and cramps.
