Package comes with full sealed Albacore Tuna, white crackers, pickle relish packet, mayo packet.
Mixed tuna with may and relish, served on crackers
stopped breathing was chocking, ran out side to get air, nausea numerous time. Had to leave work  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Other

On March 21 I ordered large fries and a Big Mac from there, that is the only thing I ate they say the next morning I started throwing up, had diarrhea, nausea and started having severe stomach pain. I purchased a pre packaged salad from there and got sick. It was the Presidents Choice romaine salad mix with romaine lettuce, red cabbage and carrots. Within a matter of 30-45 minutes I was puking non-stop along with diarrhea for about 8-10 hours.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
