I got a quarter pounder meal which has a burger with garlic sauce, lettuce, cucumber and fries, I ate this at about 10pm 22/09/21, then from 2am onwards I have been having horrible stomach pain, diarrhoea, vomiting and high fever.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain
