I ordered a noodle bowl with thick noodles. Noodles didn't taste the same as they usually do. That evening I got very sick. I threw up at least 8 times and had severe diarrhea. Two days later I still have very bad diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
