Ate chicken quinoa salad from Starbucks in Tillicum mall, around 830pm yesterday.
6am I woke up violently ill. Continued to vomit and have the runs for 3.5 hours (until 930am) had to cancel a busy day at work and miss out on income. Still in bed it’s 8pm.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I'm only making a complaint because I would hate for anyone else to be out of work for a day. I hope by making this complaint someone at Mcdonalds will take into consideration that during this hot summer season the meat should be properly stored and checked for salmonella.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Ate the sour cream on 3 seperate occasions not realizing it was what was causing illness, first time was bad indigestion for a day, second time was vomitting indigestion and diarha for 3 days and the third time has been everything for nearly one month.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
