Ate chicken Sat eveni g the 14 of april around 730 pm .Was not sick at tall earlier. Woke up ard between 4 or 5 am bext moring .stomach issues 2and 1half day didnt go to doctors seems nuch bettee lots of drinking watee called help line. I had 6 McNuggets, a junior chicken and a McDouble. Symptoms started shortly after, bad gas, bloating, nausea, diarrhea. Woke up in the middle of the night and stomach was super distended and in lots of pain. Some relief from Tylenol and gravol.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Gas, Bloating, Stomach Pain
