I had the steak tacos at Frijoles for dinner. After a few hours I started throwing up. A couple hours after that and I have intense abdominal pain, vomiting, diahrea, and the chills, I believe it was either the steak or the salsa. The salsa there is left out on the tables all day (if not longer).  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Stomach Pain
