Combo Pizza (slice) and a Churro. 2 regular cups of water. Both kids who ate the pizza the churro plus the water came down with vomiting and diarrhea around 4-5 hours later. So it was either the pizza and churro or water.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
