I had a late evening snack from Del Taco. The green sauce was rotten. The next day I was very ill. I will spare you all the details but it started at 10am and concluded at 2am. Fever, sweats, chills, headache, vomiting.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache, Chills, Sweating
