Cheeseburger and Fries and a coke. Have had a fever of 103.6 and been in bed since Friday 9/7/2018. Today is 9/9/2018, I have had a fever up and down and bad Diarrhea.. I picked up dinner for myself the evening of 9/6/2018 at approximately 7pm. I felt some indigestion before I went to bed around 11 pm. I woke up about 6:30 am with an urgent need to use the toilet. The result was extremely watery and has persisted as such into the late evening.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
