Myself and a neighbor each had a Big Mac, fries, and a soda. Ate just before noon. Both started experiencing gastrointestinal pain around 4pm. Neighbor began vomitting shortly after. I purchased a ready-made sandwich, roast chicken with monterey jack. I got the worst food poisoning in my life. Diarrhea, constantly throwing up for several hours, body feeling cold/weak.
