My wife went to a bridal shower event at the location. It was on 4/29 early afternoon. 4 people at her work that went to the same event got food poisoning with same symptoms. Symptoms started a day after. She ate steak and a salad with mixed vegetables.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

The stool sample has not come back yet, but I had intense vomiting and diarrhea and was rushed to the hospital. Had to be put in a wheel chair because I was so weak and could not walk. Stayed at hospital for hours and was given many IV bags and medications for anti nausea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Weakness

Ate at chipotle in Darien, CT around 3:30. I ate a veggie bowl with guacamole, cheese, sour cream and lettuce. Immediately after I got home I felt so sick, and had to keep running to the bathroom.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
