I ate around 2:30pm. I had a bowl of tomato soup and piece of baguette. I also had an iced green tea and part of a chocolate chip cookie. Pain in my abdomen began around 3:15pm. It is 6:30pm and I have used the bathroom 5 times beginning around 5:15pm.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Stomach Pain

I ate a ten piece chicken nugget meal at 8 o'clock and then woke up at 2 am with the worse stomach ache I had ever encountered. Ended up throwing up at the same time as my diarrhea. The nuggets where all in my throw up.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

I had late dinner of shrimp tacos the shrimp tasted funny it was my fist shrimp tacos there so I didn't think about it 6 hours later I was violently sick , is been 2 days I am still having the worst stomach cramps ever  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
