I ordered lunch yesterday before heading home since I had not eaten anything all day, about and hour or two after eating i started to get light headed and nasueas. After throwing up all day and night and being severely dehydrated I opted to go to the clinic and they stated I had food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

My son had a strawberry banana smoothie from Mcdonalds for good behavior in school.. a while later he had severe pains on his left side that shot to his stomach. He has been throwing up all night.. we've tried peptobismal and water as well as Gatorade... everything… See more

30 minutes after leaving felt really sick with stomach cramps. Shared an appetizer (shrimp tacos) and dessert (cobbler), and then had the steak fries myself. Bummed cause it was a good meal!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps

Ordered the Thai chicken lettuce wraps for dinner. Around 2:30am, I had stomach pain and felt like I was going to throw up. I threw up about every 15 minutes for 3 hours. I still feel horrible but symptoms not as bad. I will not be returning, this ruined the restaurant.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
