Within 30 of eating. I ordered and took the food home. So it was just myself. Was throwing up, stomach cramps and diarrhea all night. Had to go to ER because the pain was so bad.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

I walked into this Panda Express location ordering a plate with Chow Mein, Orange Chicken and Sweet & Fire Chicken Breast. I was fine all night until the next day when I was nauseous, dehydrated, had a stomach ache, vomited and had tons of gags.  | Symptoms: Nausea
