I had a burrito bowl for lunch (white rice, steak, grilled veggies, mild salsa/tomatoes, guacamole) and got nauseous around 6 and started vomiting in the evening. Today I have some cramping but no more nausea  | Symptoms: Nausea, Cramps

I ate the shrimp stir fry around 7:30 pm on 03/06/18. I awoke at 1:30 am approximately 6 hours later with chills, fever, and vomiting. I vomited twice after this and it was everything I ate at Applebees. It is currently 9:15 am on 03/07/18 and i have chills, lack of strength and muscle aches.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Muscle Pain

I ate at Biaggi's on 03/04/18 and i ate the RAVIOLI QUATTRO FORMAGGI. I are around 3:30 and got sick at about 6:40. Prior to that i felt nausea. I did not stop on and off puking till 1:30 Am followed by diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

My dad and I both ate there at around noon yesterday, Sunday March 5th. He had the twice baked lasagna and I had the Penne with Creamy Basil Chicken.
