I got a chicken teriyaki with onions, no mushrooms. I also got fries, lemonade, and a cookie. I ate it about four hours ago and haven’t had anything else sense. I am now having stomach cramps and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps

I believe that I got served undercooked Salt and Vinegar wings on Tuesday night 3/2/2021. I have had all symptoms that point to Salmonella, this is my third day and I still feel awful.
