Started feeling sick half way through soft taco on 10/4/19. Ate cheesy gordita crunch and gave my chicken quesadilla to a homeless person outside of the store. I was vomitting with severe abdominal cramps and cold sweats within the hour.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Sweating

 Ordered a week 12 inch vegetarian sub got sick  and spinach tomato olives banana peppers,, extreme extreme cramping nausea vomiting ,, had to visit the ER cramps are so intense unable to move ,  Hour to hour and a half after eating   | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Cramps

We had a meat lovers, and cheese pizza on 9/30/19. My husband and son started having diarrhea later that night and I started around 6am the next morning. I have been sick with diarrhea, nausea, and really bad stomach cramps still on 10/03/19.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

Purchased a 6 piece chicken nugget this morning at 11. By 1pm I had cold chills, nausea, headache and diarrhea. It's 3:30pm now, this was the only thing I've eaten all day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Chills

We only shop there or fort Campbell ky commissary at the time of purchase for that item
Chef boyardee spaghetti and meatballs. My 6 year old grandchild ate the meatballs from some last night and woke up early morning hours throwing up and still is, and the only one sick  | Symptoms: Vomiting
