I went there burgers and I got one cheeseburger with fries,the burger came with tomatoes,onions,lettuce,special sauce.Also got one large soda,which was pepsi,after I ate my stuff,about 2 hours later I started to feel sick,I had nausea,abdominal pain,heachache.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Headache

I had it for dinner approximately 4 hours ago and now I’m violently sick! I had a double cheeseburger with onions, lettuce, tomatoes and their special sauce. Also had fries and a vanilla shake. I now have diarrhea, nausea, severe cramps and abdominal pain.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Other, Cramps

Yesterday around 2pm, I went and I got the caterpillar sushi bowl with white rice. Immediately after I felt somewhat dizzy and had to leave the library to go home.
