Had a latte and pastry in the cafe around 9.30am, hadn’t eaten anything else since dinner night before. By 11.20am I had liquid diarrhea. but the vomitting didn't start until about 3 am. I don't really remember February 2nd as I spent most of it in and out of consciousness with a fever and chills.
