I bought a steak bowl (white rice, pinto beans, grilled vegetables, steak, lettuce, chips, and a coke) at 3:30 pm EST. I ate at 5:00 pm EST and began throwing up 6:15 pm EST. As of right now it is 10:20 pm EST and I am still experiencing explosive symptoms.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I ordered a grilled chicken salad with ranch and ate it for dinner. I woke up from my sleep with terrible reflux of tasting the salad and ranch. I threw up multiple times during night.
