Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Headache
Suspected source: subway, or mcdonalds sausage egg and cheese muffin
Onset: For the subway then in 1 day but from McDonald's right away.
