Around 2:53 I purchased two taco and cheese taqeutos and less than an hour and a half later I am puking and can not keep fluids down. I was fine when I woke up and on my drive here and could keep fluids down just fine.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Purchased an Italian sub from here on Creedmoor Rd in Raleigh and within 12 hours had diarrhea, vomiting and fever. The next day I was extremely fatigued but did not have any stomach issues. Wondering if it was the lettuce.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Fatigue
