I had this yesterday at 6 pm when I got home I threw it up and haven’t stop barfing pooping and cramping yet . It’s killing me it is now 1 on the next day and I can’t move without puking I can’t even keep water down  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps

Going on the third straight day of extreme nausea, vomiting, and extreme diarrhea! This all came from a spicy deluxe, thought it was a stomach bug until realized I was the only one in the house that was horribly sick and only thing eaten was this !  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
