Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, other: Bloating
Suspected source: Canned starfish tuna in water
Onset: Ate tuna at 8 pm, woke up at 8 am and symptoms came on
Duration: 3 hours so far
Sick: I only ate it  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Bloating

10 minutes ago. A footlong turkey with bacon, provolone, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, pickles, banana peppers and mayo. I had a really bad headache/stomach issues and then i just recently threw up. I ate about 4 hours ago.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Headache
