5/10/21 steak, rice, pico, cheese, lettuce, sour cream, side guac and chips. Vomiting within 15 minutes (only once), diarrhea next day with stomach cramping, nausea and headache continuing into today, 5/12/21.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Cramps
