Ate chipotle bowl chicken white rice peppers corn hot sauce lettuce cheese sour cream and tortilla inside threw up 2 hours later and had diarrhea  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate the salad Friday night the 10th of March. I have been sick as a dog. I pretty sure it was from unwashed lettuce which is a major cause of food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
