I had a #7 philly cheese steak and ultimate fries. Not even 2 hours after I finished eating I began to have motion sickness and not feeling too great. When I arrived home my stomachache did not get any better. I began to have diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

I ordered a beef and pineapple pizza. I had four slices and several hours later I was throwing up and had diarrhea I was the only one to eat that particular pizza. My wife got home late and I told her not to eat it.

1/10/2021. Possibly their Ordered burrito bowl (chicken, brown rice, sour cream, corn salsa, lettuce) and chips/queso. I ate 90% of the food before I found a "leaf" in my food.
