12/18. Parmesan Crusted Chicken.
Within 45 mts of eating experienced bloating and nausea which was quickly followed b vomiting, cramping, sweats, dizziness. An hour or so later turned to diarrhea and lower stomach cramps, nearly passed out. Horrid!!!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Cramps, Bloating, Dizziness, Sweating

I had a burger and fries and a coke and I passed out and was transferred by an ambulance and i could not stop throwing up at Wendy's I don't have IBS or gluten issues normally everything that is food doesn't make me sick but this time I was vomiting alot  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea

abdominal cramps and diarhea, and nausea. He got sick about 12 hours later with nausea and vomiting. We are both still sick. we did not eat anything else out that it could have been and my daughter who is a Celiac did not eat with us and she is fine.
