I ordered me and my friend a iced caramel macchiato and a bacon guda sandwich in a few hours we both had to leave work due to a horrible stomach ache and stomach issues the next day we felt worse we both haven’t eaten since that day it’s horrible  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Stomach Pain

I was eating my nuggets and about 20 or so minutes later I was feeling nauseous, heart burn feeling and then the vomiting began. This happened for 3 hours. The next day I read an article about a supplier mishap with the nuggets and patty.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Heartburn
