On Monday Jan 14, I ate Shrimp, Sesame chicken and fried rice at Panda Express. I had the food at 1pm and I started to feel sick around 4pm. I feel better after 4 days but I’m not fully recovered  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea

Ate on Weds evening around 640-8. We had gyoza, ramen, beef udon, umami smeared beef, shrimp tempura, edamame, miso soup, and a few other sushi can't remember.
