I ordered a salad with chicken, black beans, pico and salsa at 12pm on August 5. I started to feel extremely nauseous around 9pm and threw up for about 4 hours. No fever but I was very hot feeling. Very weak the next day and today but recovering.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Fever
