It was two weeks ago and yesterday, I ordered a bowl with white rice, black beans, chicken, vegetables( bell peppers& onions), extra corn, medium salsa, cheese, sour cream, & lettuce. I threw most of it up 2 hours after consuming it and had diarrhea this morning. I got it at 6 pm on October 11, 2016  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
