I purchased a Chicken Bowl (double) with lettuce, pico, cheese, and peppers/onions

4 people got sick. My mother started feeling ill only 10 minutes after finishing one slice of pizza. Shortly after, my sister began to feel sick too. An hour later, I got sick, and thirty minutes after that, my dad did. All of us had nausea and my mother and sister got diarrhea as well.

After chips and salsa, I had two pork Al pastor tacos with lime juice at 6 pm. At 8 pm I began experiences nausea and at 10:30 I vomited. I vomited twice more in the night. I also had diarrhea in the night. I had trouble keeping even water down.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
