Friday, October 11th, 2019 around 3 or 4 pm.

I ate 4 or 5 chicken nuggets with a honey mustard dipping sauce.

Six of us ate and five of us are sick. We ate chips with queso and salsa, chicken fried steak, wings, chicken fingers, fries, vegetables, a side salad, and mashed potatoes. The celery and carrots that came with the wings looked like they had been sitting out for hours, so we didn’t eat those.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I went to order whataburger around 10pm and gotten the #1 all the way with fries and a medium Powerade, but ask to take out, but when I got home I only ate the burger and gave my fries to my mom, on 3/15/2018 around 7am I had diarrhea, started to throw up and felt like I was dying.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
