About two hours after eating a Marie Calendars frozen chicken Alfredo I got a horrible splitting headache which didn't go away after two ibuprofen.
I also had nausea but not strong enough for vomiting.
Took a Prilosec and nausea is still there but greatly reduced.

Had this for dinner and woke up to extreme stomach cramps. Then came severe nausea and diarrhea along with the cramps. It's been absolutely terrible. At this point I'm only passing bright red blood and vomiting bile.

March 8 2023 Restaurant food I ate everything the same as a friend that day, and the few days before. Got sick the evening after eating here. We each had our own hot pot, but shared some meat.
