Ate a small strawberry vanilla cake parfait, woke up in the middle of the night with violent vomiting and diarrhea. Opened package of HEB beef lunch meat, expiration date August 1/2025. It was kept very cold (my fridge is set just above freezing). I had a turkey sandwich and couldn't finish it because something wasn't right with the turkey meat. Twelve hours later, at one am, I began having severe nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. I heated up an individual serving of Stoufers lasagna and a few minutes after eating it completely I started to get body aches, fever and chills. This began a very long night diarrhea and vomiting.
