I bought 2 mcchickens and fries i ended up spending all day throwing up and having diarhea and then a migraine kicked in and I couldn't even be in a lighted room spent the whole day in bed. Never going to mcdonalds again  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Migraine

I bought a milkshake withcookie and cherry Dec 8 2017 for my 6 yr old Son and thats the only thing that he eat after school with potatoe wedges . on the afternoon especially the night, he keeps on vomiting. Now on the Dec 9 2017 he is having loose stools  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

I ate at about 730. Got the bacon cheeseburger with fried egg and fries. At around 11 pm I threw up and then from 12pm on I had diahrea. All night me or my wife couldn't sleep well as we were either throwing up or having duahrea. That had continued all day today and still now at 7pm  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting
