textbook staphylococcal enteritis. ate a vegan burger, within 45 minutes i was doubled up, vomiting & diarrhea set in 3 hours later. missed 3 days of work. took 9 days for the pain to subside, 16 days to start having solid poop again  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

My daughter and I both ate hamburgers and threw up that night and the following morning. The following day we had severe headaches and fatigue. Four days later we're still nauseous. My husband had a chicken sandwich and my other daughter ate chicken nuggets and were fine.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache

I ate at Taco Bell on a Thursday evening. I had never ate Taco Bell before, so I thought I would give it a try. It didn't end to great for me. I have had diarrhea for 5 days, headaches, and nausea. No vomiting yet so far, i sure don't hope so. Never eating again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Headache

Went to taco bell on herseberger Rd on 7/23/2017 around 2:30pm. Came home ate then around 5:30 my stomach started hurting. I got really bloated and nausea. Went to bathroom and I got all sweaty fainted on the ground and vomited  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating, Stomach Pain, Sweating

Ate there on July 22 around 7pm. Had Vegetarian sushi, general tsos chicken, teriyaki chicken, and fried cream cheese wantons. Began feeling nauseous around 1am and have been shaky, lightheaded, nausea, and experience diarrhea throughout the whole night.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
