2 nights ago i ate dominoes pepperoni and bacon pizza and garlic bread sticks at about midnight and i woke up the next morning and puked about 3 times and then an hour or two later i had really bad diarrhea. Still having problems  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

I ate the salad, bread sticks and portabllo mushroom ravioli. I ate around 8pm and got nauseous and really sick by 11:30pm. I’m 19 weeks pregnant and it got so severe I had to go into the ER  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I ordered bacon and pineapple, one pineapple and ham pizzas. And a chicken alfredo and received a free bread sticks with marinara sauce. I ordered at 10:04 am it arrived at 10:36 am. I had 2 bread stick with sauce also ate one slice of either pizza.… See more

I got the italian trip and spinach and artichoke dip. And we had salad and bread sticks. Less than 2 hours later, I was sprinting inside my house to the toilet with diarrhea.
That was 3 days ago and I have diarrhea and a headache now.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Headache

My husband and Inate the same thing. Soup salad and bread sticks. However he did not eat any of the second salad and I did but it was too water so I didn’t eat anymore. Had dinner last night around 8pm woke up at 130am puke trying to come out my nose. throw up then had diarrhea 3 times in an hour can't go back to bed.
