1-2-17 I ate a chicken burrito for dinner. Later that night I was awoke with severe abdominal pain. I have had constant diarea ever since accompanied by the abdominal pain. I ate around 7:30 January 15, 2017. I had a chicken burrito with tomotao salsa and lettuce. I started experiencing symptoms around 1am i jus felt really sick after awhile, I just had to get up and once I reached the bathroom I just started throwing up.
