Very sick after eating here. Had a chicken bowl. The tomatoes were at the bottom of the container, my guess, I am sick from that.
I went to urgency room and tested negative for influenza a and b. And negative for covid. I've been in bed for almost 24 hours now  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I ate a chicken Caesar salad and broccoli and cheddar mac & cheese at around 11 AM that morning. At around 7 PM I began to vomit consistently throughout the night until about 5:30 AM. I also was having diarrhea that was just watery.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
