4/10/2019 ate McDonald’s around 9pm with my two toddlers. They had happy meals a chicken nugget, and cheeseburger meal. And I had 2 McChickens the next day I woke up feeling horrible and tired. Couldn’t do much and lost my appetite. Stayed sick for 3 or 4 days  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Friday around 12:30 noon I had fried rice and a sweet/spicy chicken. Also had an egg roll. The next day saturday morning, I felt nauseous all day and diarrhea symptoms started in the evening.
