On Friday, 11/17/17, at 1:00 p.m. I ate the chips and salsa, salad with ranch dressing, and chicken enchilada soup. About 2 hours later was first incident of diarrhea. I got the guacamole tostada with no cheese, chips, and salsa for lunch. Within a few hours I began having severe stomach pains. My husband and I ate same food all day; had lunch from Chipotle. Both had chicken bowls, but his had cheese in it and he had chips that I did not have. Was vomiting and had diarrhea all night.
