Went this morning to get some coffee, ordered a caramel ribbon crunch like i always do. Maybe about an hour in my stomach was cramping but minimal pain so i was able to deal with it as time went on the pain was more intense and i cant even stand i have to be laying down.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Stomach Pain
