Had Ultimate Meat and Cheese Burrito Combo with tots and a large coke for breakfast on July 3 around 9:00 am. By that night I was miserable. Needless to say I had a horrible 4th of July and am now setting at the Doctor’s office.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

Ordered a burger, fries & coke at around 8 pm. Woke up just after midnight with severe stomach cramps and diarrhea. Had to hit the toilet every hour or so until 6 in the morning. Had to call out to work next day. Could barely get out of bed. Miserable.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Cramps

My husband is very sick right now, we both had Chili, a small fry, a coke, and he had a frosty! I had a little bit of diarrhea, but he has been throwing up and everything else since 3:30am.
