Time: 12:30 PM, ate Chicken Topopo salad, diet Coke, chips and salsa. Symptoms: dizzy, staggering, stumbling, loss of balance, blurred vision. Duration: until 10:00 PM (or later). On: Feb. 6, 2018. Went to Wendy’s Drive thru, ordered the spicy Caesar salad and a small chilli and a medium Diet Coke. Ate half the salad with the chicken, ate most of the chilli, drank all of the Diet Coke.
