Ordered a Sausage McMufifn with egg last night. Woke up this morning with Nausea, Fever, Vomiting and Diarrhea. I have had food poisoning once before and this feels just like it. I ordered a white mocha shake and cheese fries. Within 3 hours I was gassy, nauseous, and sick with diarrhea. I was weak and dizzy with abdominal cramps.
